Responsibilities
For Servers:
- Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage orders via POS systems and handle delivery apps (Uber Eats, SkipTheDishes).
- Maintain cleanliness and collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless service.
For Cooks:
- Prepare high-quality diner classics (burgers, breakfasts, homestyle dinners).
- Ensure food safety standards and kitchen efficiency.
For Managers:
- Oversee daily operations, staff training, and inventory.
- Uphold health/safety protocols and foster a positive team culture .
Requirements
- Servers: Smart Serve Certification (current), POS experience, and flexibility for weekends 9.
- Cooks: Prior kitchen experience and ability to work under pressure.
- Managers: 3+ years in restaurant supervision, hospitality diploma preferred .
