Programme Purpose
To provide recent graduates with a structured, hands-on development opportunity through rotational exposure across various business units. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured graduate development programme with rotational exposure across different departments (e.g., Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering).
- Apply academic knowledge to support daily operational, technical, or administrative tasks.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for business activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Attend training, mentoring, and development sessions to build professional skills.

Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- A completed BSc, BEng, BCom, BTech, or related degree/diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Finance, Biotechnology).
- South African citizen.
- Not older than 35 years at the time of application.
- Must have successfully completed the relevant qualification.
- Demonstrates motivation, ambition, and a strong willingness to learn within a structured programme.
