Role Purpose
The purpose of this 12-month Learnership Programme is to offer participants a structured pathway to develop their professional skills and gain specific short-term insurance experience. Successful graduates will receive a nationally recognised FETC: Short-Term Insurance, NQF Level 4 qualification.
Minimum Requirements – Strict Eligibility Criteria
Applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria. Applications missing required documents will not be considered.
Mandatory Criteria:
- Age: Be aged between 18 and 25 years (including those turning 25 in 2026). Must attach a copy of your ID.
- Education: Have passed Matric (Grade 12). A pass mark of 50% or above for English is a requirement; Mathematics is beneficial.
- Must attach a copy of your Matric certificate.
- If currently completing Matric, attach preliminary exam results.
- Status: Must be currently unemployed and have no formal work experience.
- Study Status: Must NOT be currently studying at any other institution, hold any post-Matric qualification, or be registered for any other learnership.
- Language & Skills: Able to speak, read, and write English and be computer literate.
- Background: Must possess a clear criminal and credit record.
- Interest: Have a genuine interest in a short-term insurance career and a passion for learning.
