Key Responsibilities
💳 POS Operations:
• Process transactions accurately & efficiently
• Handle cash securely and balance tills
• Activate and promote Clicks Clubcard rewards
🛍️ Customer Service Excellence:
• Be a visible, friendly brand ambassador
• Educate customers on promotions (“Feel Good, Pay Less”)
• Maintain product knowledge for expert advice
📦 Store Standards:
• Execute merchandising & housekeeping tasks
• Support visual display standards
• Assist with stock management
Requirements
✅ Essential:
• Grade 12 certificate
• Basic maths proficiency
• Customer service passion
✅ Preferred:
• 50% in Maths & English (Grade 12)
• Retail/FMCG experience
• Clubcard promotion skills
