About the Role
Join South Africa’s leading health and beauty retailer as a Shop Assistant/Cashier at our Greenstone location. Deliver exceptional customer service and be part of a dynamic retail team in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities
💳 Customer Service & Operations:
- Provide superior customer service and positive in-store experiences
- Accurately process payments and handle cash responsibly
- Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and specials
🛍️ Store Maintenance:
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to guidelines
- Ensure products are properly displayed and organized
- Stay updated on product knowledge, ranges, and promotions
Requirements
✅ Essential:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Basic mathematics for accurate transactions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work in a team
🎓 Advantageous:
- Minimum 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level
- Retail/FMCG experience
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
