About the Role
We’re seeking an energetic Shop Assistant to join our vibrant Crazy Store team! You’ll be the face of our store, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining our fun, colorful retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
🛍️ Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
💰 Sales & Operations:
- Operate POS system and process transactions
- Maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Achieve daily sales targets
📦 Store Maintenance:
- Merchandise products attractively
- Maintain clean and organized store appearance
- Assist with stock receiving and inventory counts
🎉 Brand Ambassador:
- Promote Crazy Store’s fun shopping experience
- Participate in store promotions and events
- Upsell special offers and loyalty programs
Requirements
✅ Essential:
- Matric certificate
- 1+ year retail experience (preferred)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
