About the Role
We are seeking 3 highly skilled and vigilant Security Officers to join our team in the Boland Winelands area. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, personnel, and assets while maintaining a professional presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patrols, access control, and monitoring of designated areas.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed incident reports and logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid PSIRA Grade C (minimum) registration (non-negotiable).
- 2+ years of security experience (preferred in corporate/industrial sites).
- Physically fit, able to work day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Clean criminal record and reliable transport (advantageous).
