Programme Overview
The Department of Tourism and SANParks are recruiting 250 unemployed youth as Tourism Safety Monitors under the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP). This 7-month initiative combines theoretical training and practical experience to enhance safety at key tourist sites while providing skills development.

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Requirements:
✔ South African citizen (aged 18–35)
✔ Matric certificate or equivalent
✔ Reside within 40–50km of the designated park/site (proof required)
✔ Fluency in English
✔ Reliable transport to work.

Key Responsibilities
- Patrol tourist sites to enhance safety
