Key Responsibilities
🛠️ Maintenance & Repairs:
- Perform plumbing, electrical, welding, and carpentry tasks
- Maintain staff housing, offices, and park facilities
🚚 Operational Support:
- Transport tools, materials, and workers to sites
- Monitor contractor work quality
📋 Administration:
- Keep maintenance records and inventory logs
- Submit timesheets and reports
🧹 Safety Compliance:
- Ensure clean and hazard-free workspaces
- Adhere to OHSA regulations
Requirements
✅ Education & Certification:
- Grade 12/NCV Level 4
- Trade certificate (plumbing/electrical/carpentry) advantageous
✅ Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years in maintenance/technical work
- Valid driver’s license (PDP preferred)
- Basic admin skills (record-keeping, reports)
✅ Personal Attributes:
- Willingness to work weekends/public holidays
- Physically fit for manual labor
