Learnership Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative and client support for our safety training operations. The learner will gain practical experience in course coordination, client service, and branch administration, contributing directly to our mission of promoting safety in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in and telephonic clients with course details, bookings, payments, and booking confirmations.
- Sign in students and manage registration on the day of their training course.
- Assist the Branch Coordinator in liaising with clients, trainers, and coordinating daily administrative activities.
- Oversee the preparation and set-up of training classrooms to ensure they are ready for sessions.
- Ensure that all training material packs for trainers and students are correctly prepared and available.
Minimum Requirements
- Std 10 / Grade 12 qualification.
Advantageous Qualifications:
- A Business Administration qualification or relevant certificate.
Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client-service orientation.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
