Job Purpose
To serve as the first point of contact and brand ambassador for the company, creating a welcoming and professional experience for all clients, visitors, and employees. The role encompasses comprehensive front desk management, office administration, and support duties, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all front-desk activities: greet guests, answer and screen calls, and direct visitors appropriately.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide basic, accurate information.
  • Perform Occupational Health and Safety Officer duties (designated Fire Aider).
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, kitchen stocks, and all courier/postal services.
  • Maintain office security, manage access, and keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Provide administrative support: filing, photocopying, scheduling meetings, updating calendars, and managing travel bookings.
  • Reconcile expense claims for the Executive Team.
  • Manage the Chocolate/Finance storage room and E-shop duties.
  • Ensure first aid kits and firefighting equipment are compliant and registered.

Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in an office environment, specifically as a Receptionist or in Office Administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Advanced knowledge of business English (written and spoken).
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and exceptional communication skills.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and independently.
  • Customer service focus, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to grow with increasing responsibilities.

Advantageous Qualifications:

  • Additional certification in Front Desk Management/Reception.
