âś… Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repairs

✔ Perform electrical & mechanical maintenance on production equipment.
✔ Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
✔ Troubleshoot machine breakdowns and implement repairs.

Compliance & Safety

✔ Ensure adherence to quality, food safety, and OHS standards.
✔ Maintain accurate maintenance records (e.g., job cards, spare parts logs).

Operational Support

✔ Assist with new machine installations & upgrades.
✔ Manage contractors and spare parts inventory.

đź“‹ Requirements

Education & Certification

✔ Matric (Grade 12).
✔ N3 in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Red Seal Millwright Trade Test.

Experience

✔ 3+ years as a Millwright in manufacturing (plastic packaging preferred).
✔ Electro-mechanical environment experience.

Skills

✔ Proficiency in CMMS (e.g., D365).
✔ Knowledge of PLC, VSDs, and electrical controls.
✔ Strong problem-solving & teamwork abilities.
