Purpose of Role
To facilitate, assess and moderate technical training programs aligned with TETA requirements, ensuring high-quality vehicle production standards while maintaining cost efficiency at our Toyota training facility.
Key Responsibilities
π― Training Delivery:
- Facilitate/assess/moderate technical modules per TETA standards
- Develop/update curriculum content
- Manage training logbooks & reports
π Plant Operations:
- Identify Toyota & TETA training needs
- Ensure plant skills development
- Manage lifting equipment & stores control
π Compliance & Quality:
- Adhere to ISO 14001/9000 standards
- Maintain safety & quality systems
- Comply with TETA/DOL requirements
π‘ Innovation:
- Implement cost-saving training initiatives
- Develop innovative training methods
Qualifications & Experience
β Essential:
- NQF Level 4 + AMIC in Production
- 3-5 years technical training experience (automotive preferred)
- Valid TETA accreditation
- Registered Facilitator/Assessor/Moderator certificates
- MS Office proficiency
π Advantageous:
- Toyota system knowledge
- Automotive technical expertise
