What You’ll Do
✔ Sales & Customer Acquisition:
- Promote financial products & drive digital adoption
- Cross-sell services and activate new accounts
✔ Customer Service Excellence:
- Handle queries, issue cards, and resolve complaints
- Conduct FICA/POPIA compliance checks
✔ Team Collaboration:
- Work with mentors to achieve targets
- Escalate complex issues when needed
✔ Compliance:
- Adhere to FAIS, NCR, and TCF regulations
- Maintain highest ethical standards
Requirements
✅ Matric (Grade 12) certificate
