Position Overview
Fidelity Fire Solutions seeks Junior Firefighters to join their emergency response team in Nelspruit. This role offers hands-on experience in fire suppression, rescue operations, and hazardous materials management within a leading security organization.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Respond to fire emergencies & conduct rescue operations
✔ Provide basic medical care (First Aid Level 1-3)
✔ Maintain firefighting equipment & vehicles
✔ Participate in fire prevention training & drills
✔ Handle hazardous materials (Hazmat) incidents
✔ Document incidents & equipment checks
Requirements
✅ Matric (Grade 12)
✅ Firefighter II Certification (NFPA 1001/IFSAC)
✅ 2+ years firefighting experience
✅ Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
✅ EMT Certification (advantageous)
✅ Clean criminal record
Physical Demands
🔹 High fitness level (pass physical endurance tests)
🔹 Ability to work under pressure
