Key Responsibilities
Security & Compliance
✔ Oversee branch security operations and enforce SOPs.
✔ Implement and evaluate security protocols to mitigate risks.
✔ Ensure compliance with South African security legislation.
Team Leadership
✔ Supervise and manage security staff.
✔ Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
Operational Management
✔ Maintain and control security equipment.
✔ Conduct risk assessments and investigations.
✔ Prepare detailed reports and registers.
Health & Safety
✔ Promote and enforce workplace safety standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Mandatory Requirements
✔ Grade 12 (Matric).
✔ Valid driver’s license with PDP.
✔ PSIRA Grade B and CIT certification.
Preferred Skills
✔ Computer literacy (Excel, MS Outlook, Word).
✔ Strong report-writing and communication skills.
✔ Risk management and investigative expertise.
