About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning & Sanitization: Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting guest rooms and common areas.
- Room Preparation: Replenish amenities (towels, toiletries, etc.), replace linens, and ensure rooms meet luxury standards.
- Guest Interaction: Serve as a friendly point of contact, addressing requests promptly (e.g., extra pillows, fragrances).
- Aesthetic Touches: Light candles, arrange fruit bowls, and maintain a welcoming ambiance.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other housekeepers to ensure efficient turnover of rooms.
Requirements
- Experience: 1+ year in housekeeping (luxury hotels/guesthouses preferred).
- Skills: Attention to detail, physical stamina, and fluency in English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and adapt to shifting schedules.
