🔧 Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repairs
✔ Conduct routine inspections of building facilities
✔ Repair doors, windows, lighting & plumbing systems
✔ Maintain HVAC systems, water tanks & electrical boards
✔ Perform preventative maintenance to avoid breakdowns
Tenant Support
✔ Address maintenance requests promptly
✔ Assist with tenant installations & relocations
✔ Ensure tenant areas meet safety standards
Safety & Compliance
✔ Follow OSH Act regulations
✔ Update monthly OHS inspection reports
✔ Assist with emergency procedures
Additional Duties
✔ Keep grounds & work areas clean
✔ Assist with special projects as needed
✅ Requirements
Education & Experience
✔ Grade 10 (Standard 8) minimum
✔ 2+ years in building maintenance
✔ Trade certification (advantageous)
Skills & Competencies
✔ Basic electrical & plumbing knowledge
✔ Ability to read blueprints & schematics
✔ Strong problem-solving skills
✔ Good communication (tenants/management)
✔ Physically fit for manual work
