About the Role

Key Responsibilities
🛠️ General Maintenance:
- Perform carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and flooring repairs
- Fix leaks, replace fixtures, and polish surfaces
🔍 Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve system/equipment faults
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests
