Position Overview
Multiform Human Development seeks a versatile Handyman to maintain their hospitality facilities in Van Zylsrus. This role is perfect for skilled tradespersons who excel in building maintenance and repairs.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct building inspections & identify repair needs
✔ Perform repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
✔ Install/maintain equipment (including HVAC systems)
✔ Ensure OHS compliance & fire safety standards
✔ Maintain detailed service logs
✔ Supervise junior staff when required
Requirements
✅ Grade 12 certificate
✅ 2+ years trade experience (construction/electrical/plumbing)
✅ Code EB driver’s license
✅ Computer literacy (maintenance reporting)
✅ English proficiency (written & verbal)
Technical Skills
🔹 Fire alarm systems knowledge
🔹 HVAC maintenance (advantageous)
