Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this General Worker role is to act as the Cooler Attendant, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe running of the Bread Cooler in strict accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Bread Cooler at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to cooler management, product handling, and safety.
- Monitor cooler conditions and report any irregularities or issues to a supervisor.
- Assist with general tasks in the cooler area as required to support production.
