Position Overview
As a General Worker at Centlec, you’ll support daily operations through manual tasks, upkeep, janitorial support, and assistance to technical staff. These roles are vital for maintaining functional office infrastructure and a clean work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 8 school qualification
- Good health and fitness levels
- Proficiency in at least two official languages
- Experience (Desirable):
- Prior manual labour or cleaning experience
- Basic ability to communicate with management and team members
Key Responsibilities
- Clean offices, restrooms, and broader premises daily
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish
- Maintain hygienic standards in kitchen areas, including utensils, floors, cupboards, and equipment
- Prepare and serve beverages to staff and visitors
- Clean parking lots and outdoor areas as assigned
- Provide general support and respond to supervisors’ directions regarding site cleanliness
