Position Overview
Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) seeks a General Assistant to manage trolley operations at an Eastern Cape airport. This role ensures smooth passenger mobility by maintaining trolley availability and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Deploy & maintain trolley stock across terminals
✔ Report unserviceable equipment to maintenance teams
✔ Monitor trolley inventory & submit stock reports
✔ Engage with passengers for assistance
✔ Adhere to airport SOPs & safety regulations
✔ Liaise with internal teams for operational efficiency
Requirements
✅ Grade 12 certificate (essential)
✅ Code B driver’s license (advantageous)
✅ Basic knowledge of airport operations
✅ Physical fitness (trolley handling)
