About the Role
Join our team as a Gardener to maintain and enhance our landscapes and facilities in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities
🌿 Landscape Maintenance:
- Perform weeding, watering, planting, and pruning
- Apply fertilizers, compost, and mulches
- Operate horticultural machinery (lawnmowers, brush cutters)
🛠️ General Duties:
- Loading/unloading plants and equipment
- Site cleaning and debris removal
- Assist with decorations and constructions
Requirements
✅ Essential:
- Standard 10 (Grade 10) qualification
- 6+ months horticultural experience
- Physical fitness for labor-intensive work
🛡️ Safety:
- Basic safety knowledge
- Ability to operate machinery safely
