Position Overview
Join our Strand team as a General Assistant in food service operations, ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
🍽️ Food Service Support:
- Assist with food prep (salads/desserts)
- Serve meals to customers
- Manage leftovers and stock control
🧼 Hygiene Maintenance:
- Clean kitchen and dining areas
- Follow strict health/safety protocols
- Handle food and detergents safely
🔄 Team Collaboration:
- Report client feedback
- Support new staff training
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements

- Matric certificate
- Physical fitness for kitchen work
