Programme Overview
Eskom’s Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme offers unemployed South Africans aged 18-34 practical work experience at Duvha Power Station. This 12-month initiative provides hands-on training in various departments to enhance employability.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ South African citizens aged 18-34
✅ Matric (Grade 12) certificate
✅ No permanent employment >1 year
✅ Not studying full-time in 2026
✅ No prior YES Programme participation
