About the Role

Key Responsibilities
⚡ Equipment Maintenance:
- Oversee HV systems (motors, switchgear, transformers)
- Implement predictive maintenance strategies
📊 Operations Support:
- Develop electrical maintenance procedures
- Lead reliability improvement projects
🛠️ Shutdown Management:
- Plan and execute plant shutdowns
- Coordinate contractor teams
💻 Technical Leadership:
- Mentor artisan teams
- Support capital projects
Requirements
✅ Essential:
- BEng/BSc in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years HV maintenance experience
- Protection relay & fault calculation expertise
- Valid driver’s license + vehicle

- SAP maintenance module experience
- Process plant background
