1. Centre Coordinator: Correctional Service Controller
- Regions: Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, Northern Cape
- Salary: R1,042,434 p.a.
- Requirements:
- Degree/National Diploma in Behavioural Sciences
- Completed Correctional Services Learnership
- 7 years’ supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license and computer literacy
- Duties: Ensure compliance with legislation, manage operations, HR, finances, and assets.
2. Farm Manager
- Regions: Western Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, Northern Cape
- Salary: R579,738 p.a.
- Requirements:
- Degree/National Diploma in Agriculture (Plant/Animal Production)
- 7 years’ relevant supervisory experience
- Correctional Services Learnership and valid driver’s license
- Duties: Oversee farm operations, ensure self-sufficiency, manage equipment and admin.
3. Security Manager: Agriculture (Animal Production)
- Regions: KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State, Northern Cape
- Salary: R491,799 p.a.
- Requirements:
- Degree/National Diploma in Agriculture (Animal Production)
- 7 years’ supervisory experience
- Completed Learnership and valid driver’s license
- Duties: Oversee agricultural services and ensure security and productivity on-site.
4. Security Officer: Agriculture (CB 1–3)
- Regions: All provinces
- Salary: R313,521 p.a.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Completed Learnership
- 8–10 years’ correctional facility experience (depending on performance history)
- Duties: Implement plant production, manage agricultural records, support sustainability.
5. Driver/Messenger
- Location: National Head Office
- Salary: R193,359 p.a.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12
- 3+ years driving experience
- Valid license; advanced driving course an advantage
- Duties: Drive official vehicles, deliver items, maintain logs, and assist with office support.
