About the Role
HWSETA is seeking a detail-oriented Data Capturer to join its Skills Development Plan (SDP) Division. This role is 80% data-focused, with the remaining 20% supporting other divisions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate data entry, filing, and retrieval while maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Data Entry: Capture and verify data in compliance with organizational standards.
✔ Filing & Retrieval: Maintain systematic records for easy access.
✔ Quality Control: Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
✔ Cross-Division Support: Assist other teams as needed.
✔ Deadline Management: Complete tasks efficiently under pressure.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
✅ Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
✅ Post-Matric Certificate (Advantageous)
Experience & Skills:
📌 3+ years in data capture, filing, and retrieval
📌 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel intermediate level required)
📌 Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
📌 Ability to multitask & adapt to changing priorities
