Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this Cleaner role is to carry out all store cleaning duties, either during or after normal office hours, ensuring the workplace continuously complies with necessary standards and safety regulations. The role is fundamental to presenting a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Cleaner, your core duties will be to:
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Perform all general and detailed store cleaning duties as required.
- Work flexible hours, which may include cleaning after normal office hours.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure the workplace complies with all necessary workplace standards for hygiene and presentation.
- Continuously ensure compliance with all safety regulations within the cleaning scope of work.
Training & Development
- Undergo all required training interventions and successfully complete them to maintain and improve job performance and safety knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must have:
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 certificate.
