Job Purpose
To provide efficient, accurate, and exceptionally friendly service while managing all customer transactions and front-counter operations, ensuring every guest has a fantastic experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and all forms of payment (cash, card, digital) accurately and responsibly.
- Operate POS systems, troubleshoot basic issues, and issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges.
