Customer Service Excellence

- Resolve transaction disputes professionally

Operational Compliance
- Complete daily documentation with administrative precision
- Adhere to “Ready for Business” operational checklists
- Maintain password security and system access controls
- Identify and report OHSA hazards in checkout areas
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 certificate or 1+ year retail cash handling experience
- Skills:
- Fluent in English and Sepedi (or dominant local language)
- Strong numerical aptitude for rapid calculations
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Availability: Flexible for shifts including weekends/public holidays
