1. Student Recruitment & Engagement
✔ Conduct cold calls to prospective students & parents
✔ Re-engage inactive students in database
✔ Generate student referrals from current enrollees
2. Career Guidance & Consultations
✔ Provide telephonic career advice
✔ Match students with suitable courses
✔ Explain admission requirements & deadlines
3. Administrative Duties
✔ Maintain accurate student records
✔ Capture prospective student data
✔ Meet daily call targets
✅ Requirements
Education & Experience
✔ Matric Certificate (NQF 4)
✔ 1+ year sales/customer service experience (preferred)
✔ Sales qualification (advantageous)
Skills & Competencies
✔ Excellent verbal communication
✔ Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure
✔ Tech-savvy (CRM/database systems)
