Position Overview
Kudough Credit Solutions (IDM Group) seeks motivated Call Centre Consultants for their Outbound Sales team in Cape Town. This role combines financial advisory with sales to help South Africans improve their credit health.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Conduct financial assessments (debt/affordability checks)
✔ Sell credit solutions (loans, consolidation, insurance)
✔ Provide budgeting advice & credit education
✔ Achieve sales targets & KPIs
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
✅ Matric certificate (Grade 12)
✅ 1+ year sales experience (financial services preferred)
✅ Computer literacy (CRM systems)
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ Passion for financial wellness
Work Hours
🕗 Mon–Fri (8:00–16:30 or 8:30–17:00)
🚫 No weekends/public holidays (unless KPIs not met)
