Job Purpose
To drive business growth and customer satisfaction by professionally handling inbound and outbound sales calls. The agent will identify customer needs, match them with suitable vehicle or finance offerings, convert leads into sales, and ensure excellent service, all while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle or finance solutions.
- Inform clients about Auto Pedigree procedures and financial requirements (NCA).
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to meet and exceed targets.
- Retain and grow the customer base through effective relationship management.
- Manage customer escalations to ensure timely resolution.
- Accurately update the Lead Management System and all sales reports.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
- National Credit Act (NCA) accreditation.
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales.
- Proven call centre sales experience is essential.
- Computer literate with high competence in MS Excel and Outlook.
- Valid South African ID.
- Valid driver’s licence.

- Experience within the automotive or related industry.
