Safety & Service Excellence
✔ Conduct pre-flight safety checks
✔ Manage inflight emergencies (medical/security)
✔ Deliver brand-aligned customer service
Operational Duties
✔ Assist with boarding/disembarking
✔ Maintain cabin cleanliness & order
✔ Report non-compliance incidents to Purser
Compliance
✔ Adhere to CAA regulations & SAA policies
✔ Complete post-flight documentation 12
📋 Requirements
Essential
✔ Valid SACAA Cabin Crew License
✔ Grade 12 Certificate (English pass)
✔ Physical Attributes:
- Height: ≥1.58m
- BMI ≤35
- Swimming proficiency
✔ Clean criminal record
Advantageous
✔ Additional foreign language skills
✔ Prior customer service experience 19
