Job Overview: Salesperson (Entry-Level)
Bradlows is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals for Salesperson roles in Pietermaritzburg and Carletonville. This is an excellent opportunity for Matriculants with retail/sales experience to grow their careers in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Drive sales by engaging customers and recommending suitable products
✔ Achieve/exceed monthly sales targets
✔ Create attractive product displays to enhance visibility
✔ Process payments and handle transactions accurately
✔ Provide exceptional after-sales service (returns, queries, etc.)
✔ Build long-term customer relationships through trust and professionalism
Who Should Apply?
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Matric (Grade 12) certificate
✅ 7–12 months of sales experience (retail preferred)
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Team player with a results-driven attitude
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✅ Customer-focused with problem-solving initiative
