Production
✔ Mix & shape dough for various baked goods
✔ Monitor oven temperatures & baking processes
✔ Minimize ingredient wastage
Quality Control
✔ Ensure products meet SPAR quality standards
✔ Maintain clean equipment & facilities
✔ Recommend new recipes to refresh offerings
Operations
✔ Manage stock levels & ingredient orders
✔ Work shifts (including weekends)
✅ Requirements
Essential
✔ 3+ years professional bakery experience
✔ Knowledge of:
- Bakery operations
- Food safety standards
- Baking equipment
Preferred
✔ Matric Certificate
✔ Team player with attention to detail
