Job Purpose
The main purpose of this role is to provide vital administrative support to the service department and act as a key point of contact for customers. Key Responsibilities
As an Administrator: Service Advisor, your duties will include:
Customer Service & Communication
- Greet customers warmly and provide clear information about all services offered.
- Handle inbound phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Provide quotes and estimates for service work to customers.
- Address customer complaints and concerns with diplomacy and a focus on resolution.
