β Conduct cold calls to prospective students & parents
β Re-engage inactive students in database
β Generate student referrals from current enrollees
2. Career Guidance & Consultations
β Provide telephonic career advice
β Match students with suitable courses
β Explain admission requirements & deadlines
3. Administrative Duties
β Maintain accurate student records
β Capture prospective student data
β Meet daily call targets

Education & Experience
β Matric Certificate (NQF 4)
β 1+ year sales/customer service experience (preferred)
β Sales qualification (advantageous)
Skills & Competencies
β Excellent verbal communication
β Strong persuasion & negotiation skills
β Ability to work under pressure
β Tech-savvy (CRM/database systems)
