Key Responsibilities
✔ Prepare & serve quality meals tailored to dietary needs (diabetic, gluten-free, etc.).
✔ Maintain kitchen safety & hygiene per healthcare standards.
✔ Collaborate with healthcare staff to meet meal schedules & nutritional requirements.
✔ Manage inventory and ensure kitchen equipment is functional.
Requirements
✅ Education:
- Grade 12 (Required)
- Professional Cookery Qualification (Preferred)
✅ Experience:
- 2+ Years in cooking/catering (healthcare setting advantageous).
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets (e.g., low-sodium, gluten-free).
✅ Skills:
- Food safety certification (or proven adherence to standards).
- Time management – thrives under pressure.
- Team player with strong communication.
