About the Role
As an Inventory Clerk at DHL, you’ll be crucial for:

Shift: Full-time, permanent
Location: Port Elizabeth Distribution Centre
Key Responsibilities
📊 Inventory Control
- Manage Perpetual Inventory (PI) program
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock counts
- Monitor put-away locations and pick faces
🔍 Discrepancy Management
- Investigate and reconcile stock differences
- Process stock write-offs with proper documentation
- Report KPIs on stock accuracy
📦 Quality Assurance
- Identify expired/damaged stock
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Coordinate with clients on stock issues
💡 Process Improvement
- Suggest efficiency enhancements
- Assist with stock take preparations
- Train team members on best practices
Requirements
Education:
- Matric certificate (essential)
- Inventory Management certification (advantageous)
Experience:
- 3-5 years in warehouse/logistics
- SAP Warehouse Management (WM) experience preferred
