Clover, in partnership with the YES Programme, is offering an exciting 12-month learnership for unemployed youth as Assistant Sales Representatives in Emerging Markets (Masakhane). This role is based in Clayville, Gauteng, with opportunities to gain hands-on sales experience in the Food Service Industry (FSI) and General Trade (GT) channels.

Minimum Requirements

✔ Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification
✔ Valid Code 8 driver’s license (essential)
✔ Fluent in Business English
✔ Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills

Duties & Responsibilities

📌 Customer Recruitment & Onboarding:

Source & onboard 125+ FSI / 200+ GT customers monthly
Manage account applications & handovers to sales teams
Track and report on rejected customers

📌 Customer Service & Sales Support:

Maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure stock availability & minimize returns
Monitor pricing & sales volumes

📌 Compliance & Reporting:

Maintain fridge compliance & product facings
Record sales data & provide feedback
