Key Responsibilities
🧸 Customer Service:
- Assist parents & children with product selection
- Demonstrate toys and baby products
- Process cash and card payments
📦 Store Operations:
- Maintain attractive displays
- Stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Keep store tidy and organized
🎯 Sales Support:
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs
- Achieve daily sales targets
- Handle product returns/exchanges
Requirements
✅ Essential:
- Matric certificate
- Retail experience (advantageous)
- Passion for toys/children’s products
