Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
✔ Perform cleaning and maintenance at rental housing schemes
✔ Ensure hygienic and presentable living environments
✔ Conduct ground maintenance (sweeping, waste removal, etc.)
✔ Work extended hours under pressure when required
Requirements
✅ Basic literacy (ability to read/write)
✅ Physical fitness for labor-intensive tasks
✅ Willingness to undergo criminal record check (at own cost)
✅ Teamwork and communication skills
[Preferred but not mandatory] Prior cleaning experience

💰 Basic Salary: R152,304 – R178,008 p.a.
