📋 Job Description
As an Administration Clerk, you’ll:
✔ Manage office operations & records
✔ Process invoices and supply orders
✔ Train staff & supervise temporary admin personnel
✔ Handle water/sewer infrastructure documentation
✔ Coordinate meetings (agendas/minutes)
✅ Requirements
Education:
🎓 Grade 12 (Matric) + Diploma/Certificate in:
- Office/Business Administration
- Secretarial Studies
- Records Management (NQF Level 5/6)
Experience:
⏳ 3-5 years in office admin/management
💡 Familiarity with municipal systems (advantage)
Skills:
✍️ Strong communication & organization
📊 Data management proficiency
🖥️ MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
