Powering Water Treatment Systems
ERWAT needs skilled Electricians to maintain and repair electrical systems at wastewater treatment plants. This technical role combines fieldwork with technology management in essential public infrastructure.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance on treatment plant equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC/SCADA systems
- Install new electrical devices and update SOPs
- Respond to emergency breakdowns (24/7 availability)
- Maintain workshop tools and company vehicles
- Complete job cards and work orders
✅ Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Electrician Trade Test (N2) or equivalent
- Completed apprenticeship (preferred)
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license
Experience Needed:
- 3+ years in water/wastewater electrical systems
- PLC/SCADA maintenance experience
Special Skills:
- Strong electrical/mechanical knowledge
- Computer literacy
- Team leadership ability
