Job Description
To provide structured learning that equips participants with the skills to service customers, facilitate order-taking, and implement, execute, and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a designated geographical area.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- In-Store Execution: Execute daily call schedules at assigned outlets, ensuring product availability, visibility, and quality aligned with brand standards (RED scorecard).
- Merchandising Excellence: Implement visual merchandising standards, stock rotation, and impactful in-store displays. Complete iRED surveys.
- Customer Support: Educate and assist customers with order placement via the MyCCBA platform.
- Promotional Activities: Support the execution of promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and provide relief support as directed by management.
Minimum Requirements (All are Mandatory)
- Education: Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (min. 40% pass). Grade 12 with English and a second language (min. 40% pass).
- Citizenship: Must be a South African Citizen.
- Employment Status: Must be unemployed at the time of appointment.
- EE Criteria: Must be an Employment Equity candidate.
- Age: Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work six days a week.
- Records: Must have no criminal or adverse credit record and consent to verification checks.
