Job Purpose
To perform a range of cleaning and general office support tasks, ensuring the AVBOB office is maintained to a high standard of hygiene, neatness, and professionalism at all times, thereby contributing to a pleasant and productive work environment for all staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all cleaning tasks to ensure high hygienic standards throughout the office.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop office floors.
- Dust all office furniture, fixtures, and decorative items like flowers.
- Empty, clean, and sanitise waste bins.
- Thoroughly clean and wash hand basins, toilets, and sinks.
- Check and replenish toilet paper and soap dispensers.
- Make tea and coffee for staff as required.
- Wash dishes and dish cloths.
- Refill tea, coffee, and water dispensers (water cooler).
- Wash office windows to maintain a clear, clean appearance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Grade 10 qualification.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Advantageous Experience & Skills:
- Previous cleaning experience is a definite advantage.
