    • Requirements:
      • LLB Degree or 4-year legal qualification
      • Admission as an Advocate
      • 5 years’ litigation experience
      • Knowledge of South African and international family law
    • Duties:
      • Perform functions of Family Advocate as per legislation
      • Monitor forensic and risk social work services
      • Implement Hague Convention on International Child Abduction
